Nalesniki (Polish Pancakes)

Today was a snow day and Dad decided to try his hand at cooking dinner.  He made Nalesniki, polish pancakes.  These are something that my Grandma Henley used to make.  Oh so yummy! They are thin, similar to a crepe.  You can fill them with just about anything.  We just used some jelly.  Grannie used to fill with fresh strawberries!
The master chef!

Before you fill them!

Rolled and ready to eat!

Matt's Senior Night

Matt's Senior Night for basketball was Tuesday night.  This is a big deal where each senior has a display about them, parents and athlete are introduced before game and then a family dinner after the game.  Unfortunately for Matthew he got a nasty bout of stomach flu and had to miss the big evening.  Rod took his display up to the school.  Matt has played his last game as a Sage in Miller Gym.  The Sages tried to win one for the heart of their team, Matt, but they lost by 7.  Matt we are proud of you!
