Matt is a freshman at Monticello High School. He is playing JV ball as a starter and dressing for Varsity. Aunt Nancy, Eric, Kyle, Grandma and Grandpa were there last Friday and Saturday for games - the JV won both of their games. UPDATE: Grandma and Grandpa are still in Monticello and the JV won big tonight and Matt played in the varsity game and they won also! 
Matt is an excellent free throw shooter!
A fierce competitor!
Their coach has them dress at school on game days and they wear a shirt/tie onthe bus and back home from their games!

We just got this picture - it is his NCAA First Team Summer Conference Picture - these are the freshman guys. He has been selected for this to be a mentor athlete. He will participate all through high school.
